Job Overview - Leena AI is seeking a Product Manager to lead one or more product modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic direction for their product module(s) and maintaining a transparent and impact-focused product roadmap. This role is critical for someone who can match the pace of technological changes in AI and maintain close collaborations with sales and customer success teams to ensure product success and alignment with market needs.
Responsibilities
- Own and be responsible for one or more product modules (own the complete roadmap from creation to timely delivery).
- Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation, vetting with buyers & users, building a PRD, collaborating to build a prototype, greenlighting the idea, & building & bringing to market.
- Develop and define detailed product specifications.
- Enable sales and customer success teams to demo and sell the product to customers.
- Develop effective communication channels with the sales and customer success teams to ensure transparency and alignment on product strategies and roadmaps.Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to collect and prioritize product inputs.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
- Represent the company in product discussions for your module(s) with major clients and at public events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years overall experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field from a Tier-1 engineering college
- Strong background in SaaS, particularly in B2B environments would be preferred
- Understanding of AI and conversational technologies is a plus
- Proven track record of managing product roadmaps with a customer-centric approach.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
