Product Growth Lead - Operations & Revenue

Deliverables:

  • Own inside sales targets.
  • Keep track of & balance revenue & expenses (P&L).
  • Deep understanding of the funnel & stages.
  • Demand/Data source analysis basis conversion, revenue & CAC.
  • Inside sales agent productivity analysis.
  • Agent - selecting, performance management, training inputs (via floor managers).
  • Inside sales campaign creation & agent allocation (via floor managers).
  • Dialler, CRM disposition & campaign logic creation/optimization.


Requirements

What we need:

  • Product mindset.
  • Great with numbers & tools - SQL/Excel.
  • Good at analyzing data, building hypothesis, implementing tests/plans, measuring/calibrating.
  • Should work with floor operations (agents/tele-callers/field sales).
  • Good CFT capabilities.
  • High bias for action.
  • Sense of urgency/ownership.
  • Agency mindset.
  • Not an introvert who prefers to be behind the screen.
