Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain LAN/WAN infra
- Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless network.
- Network Device Installation & Troubleshooting.
- Well versed with Router, Switches, Firewall & Network Devices
- Maximizing networkperformance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades
- Support and administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy
- Configuration of routing and switching equipment
- Email ID Creation, Password Modification, Email List creation etc.
- Having knowledge of mail server and issue resolution (Like mail delivery failed Problem, email sending/receiving problem etc.)
- Having knowledge of backup of server like email backup data backup.
- Having Knowledge of file server and mapping networkshare and windows and Linux desktop.
- Remote support to end users and fixing Desktop level problem(Windows/Linux)
- Knowledge of Linux and able to manage Ubuntu/windows desktop environment.
- Local and networkprinter installation and troubleshoot.
